Who is this shipment going to?
Pick the retailer named on the purchase order (PO). Each retailer remembers its own address and label style.
Where is it going, and who is picking it up?
Check the address against the PO or the retailer's routing guide. The address is saved for this retailer, so next time it fills in for you.

What's in the cartons?
Enter the PO number, then add one row for each SKU on that PO. Every carton gets its own label.
Example: PO 123456 has 2 SKUs. SKU A fills 5 cartons and SKU B fills 3 cartons. Add two SKU rows (5 cartons and 3 cartons) and you'll get 8 labels numbered 1 of 8 through 8 of 8.

Which cartons to print

Thermal printer (ZPL)For Zebra-type printers set to raw ZPL mode. Uses carton numbers, same as printing.

How to apply the labels
- Put one label on each carton. Match the carton number on the label (for example 3 of 8) to the box that holds that SKU.
- Stick it on the side of the box, not the top. Keep it flat, away from seams, edges and tape.
- Don't cover the big barcode at the bottom. The retailer scans it at their warehouse.
- If a label prints badly, reprint it from Setup & history. Never make up a new carton number for the same box.
